Just to be sure, I'll check which item actually controls the location, because I'm not sure wether it's the strange sign or the Max Potion. Perhaps it pulls from a different menu and I gotta use a different item. This time, on the cart, I switched the 21st item with the Max Potion, but it didn't warp (surrounding did change though, so maybe I did after all lol?). =)Įdit: ok, so I went back to my ZZAZZ emulated run and noticed I used the wrong items for warping. There's Tail Whip too though, but next time, I'll do use a Venusaur or something. Testing is a pain too, since I use Charmeleon as my Growler and it has just barely the health to survive a low damage roll Tackle from Dittostoise.
I can't acces my Pokémon though, the screen goes white just like regular ZZAZZ. I've tried to switch some items around (the "money" item and a different item) and they DO do something, but I'm not sure if I can actually warp. I was actually able to corrupt items on the real cart, just now!īut yeah, I'm not sure about warping though.
#KIGB EMULATOR CANT DELETE OFFLINE#
A long time ago, before the old forums went offline a user called Okk said that the first Super Glitch move is related to the Pokémon data structure (though I can't remember the exact quote).Īgain, I'm sorry to not have been of any real help. the music fades, the opponent acquires a freeze/burn status and lots of HP before fainting due to the burn). The glitch attack which you are referring to is probably one of the glitch attacks with index number 172-193 (hex 0xAC to to 0xC3), though not much is really known about them other than the fact that they trigger a 'TMTRAINER effect' in battle (i.e. How many Pokémon did you have in the party, was it a multiple of three? Were the attack stages for the ZZAZZ Trainer exactly the same? Have you tried using different attack stages for the ZZAZZ Trainer, or the glitch classes associated with 252 and 253 instead to see if that makes any difference? ZZAZZ data corruption through depositing Pokémon has always confused me, and I assumed that what hanzou, p4wn3r, gia, etc. I'm sorry but I honestly don't know what to suggest. Hi Thomaz, I've seen you from the speed run archives. Please help, I really want to break this game even further.ġ7:46:49 GMT -5 thomaz said:Hey there guys. I was hoping you guys know a sure way to be able to scroll items? There also seems to be a glitch attack that can scroll items, I heard? Whenever I throw a Poké Ball to escape the fight, head to the Poké Center to deposit and withdraw a Pokémon, heal, then get into a random encounter to scroll items doesn't work for some reason.
In Red, I just did a single Trainer/Fly and have Ditto transform in my Haunter with 254 Special.īoth versions work on the emulator (only 19.3 and 19.4 of VBA though) but I can't get them to work on the carts. ) to get the glitched trainer to appear (encounter a level 27 Kadabra to get Ditto of the glitch, then have Ditto transform in my Haunter with 254 Special). In Yellow, I use a double Trainer/Fly glitch (Mew glitch/Ditto glitch, don't know what term you guys use. I was able to warp to the Hall of Fame by switching my money amount with the location item.īut I can't get this to work on the original cart and I don't know why. Here's the deal, I've done the glitch on both Red and Yellow on the emulator and they all worked. I've recorded a Speed run for Pokémon Blue before, using the Walk through Walls glitch and others, but now, I want to push the game even further and use ZZAZZ and it's item scrolling power to warp to the Hall of Fame.
